Dragon Ball Game – Project Z Action RPG Announced for 2019
Dragon Ball Game – Project Z, an action RPG that looks to follow the story of Goku and Dragon Ball Z, is headed to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC later this year.
Announced during the Red Bull Final Summoning Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament, Dragon Ball Game – Project Z will see players “discover the story of the mysterious Dragon Balls,” and “join Goku and fellow warriors in the neverending search for the ultimate fight.”

The reveal trailer featured such characters as Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza, and many more as iconic scenes and locations from Dragon Ball Z were showcased.
Dragon Ball Game – Project Z is being developed by CyberConnect2, developers of such games as the Naruto Shippuden series and .hack series, and will feature both Japanese and English voiceovers.
Bandai Namco teased this news earlier this month, also teasing that, in regards to Dragon Ball FighterZ, “the warrior from Universe 11 is joining the fight.”
During the tournament, it was confirmed that Jiren, as well as Videl, Dragon Ball Super’s Broly, and SSGSS Gogeta, will all headed to the fighting game as part of its second FighterZ Pass.
Jiren and Videl will be arriving on January 31, with Broly and Gogeta “coming soon.”
Android 17 was the eighth and final character that was included in the first FighterZ pass, which also saw Bardock, Broly, Cooler, Merged Zamasu, SSB Vegito, Base Goku, and Base Vegeta added to the roster.
