3.0 Adds NFC Triggers, Siri and more
A longtime app has always been a great way to launch specific apps or even actions with a tap.
The biggest addition in the update is support for NFC triggers.
Using stickers that can be purchased directly from developer Contrast, you can trigger specific actions. Anyone with an iPhone XR, XS, or XS Max can trigger a certain action by placing their handset near the sticker. That opens up a wide number of different possibilities.
Anyone with an older iPhone can still use the stickers, but they’ll need to open up the Launch Center Pro app on their phone first.
Other additions include a true black theme that looks great on any OLED iPhone and the ability to turn actions into Siri Shortcuts.
Launch Center is designed for both the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
There are a number of different in-app purchases available to unlock the app’s entire functionality or just a specific feature like NFC trigger, location triggers, or scheduled actions.
You can unlock the entire app for a one-time $29.99 purchase. Or you can subscribe for $9.99 per year after a 7-day free trial.
Anyone who has paid for older versions of the app will be able to access all of those features.
