Mac Malware? | Mac

I made the mistake of installing Duplicate Files Fixer some time ago, which I then uninstalled (every reference to it that I could find in /Applications and in the Libraries), all was well, then suddenly today I start getting this pop-up. Its not via Safari (I closed Safari and it remains open), I also can’t find anything in the Activity Monitor that references this program or the developer name, nothing in login items. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look to figure out what the hell this is, and/or suggestions on how to remove it? I guess what must have happened is when I granted permission on the install they snuck some service somewhere on the disk that runs in the background. Who knows what else it’s doing. Obviously any developer that would do something like this can’t be trusted. I reported to Apple Store as well but who knows. Any suggestions greatly appreciated..
