In need of help, Father’s will in Powermac G5. | Mac

Hi everybody, thanks for your time. I’m stopping by today because my father unfortunately passed away a few weeks back. The past week I have been helping my mother clean out his home office and find anything of sentimental value we can store. While looking through his things my mother told me he had 2 copies of his will, a physical copy and a digital copy. The physical copy is in a safe and she thought she knew the combination to but it seems to be wrong as it won’t open.

The digital copy is on a Powermac G5 that hasn’t been used in a few years. I plugged it into an outlet and connected a 17′ Apple Studio Display. It seems to turn on but doesn’t display an image, boot, or chime like they usually do. I tried cleaning it and opened up the side panel to see if I can do anything to it. I cleaned the Ram sticks, dusted the interior and unplugged/plugged everything back in. It has a 160gb Hard Drive that has Leopard 10.5 OSX.

The power button in the monitor and the G5 were blinking before I opened it up and tried to clean up, just a solid single blink every 5-ish seconds on both. Now it still turns on but no buttons blink. Fans run and you can here her running but to no avail.

My question is, by the photos linked, is there anything missing? Is there anything I can try to do to boot her? I’m assuming I can get the hard drive and take it somewhere to extract the data but would also like to have it running for my Mother as a gift. If I could get the will myself I would also love to instead of taking it somewhere but if that’s my only option then that is what I’ll do. I apologize for my tech illiteracy. And thank you to whoever would like to help. Please let me know if any additional photos or videos are needed.
