It’s finally here!

Update 09/14/2018: The Final Fantasy coming to Nintendo will also be coming to Xbox One, all with the same release dates/windows.

Square Enix announced Thursday that multiple titles from the Final Fantasy games will be coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will have its first release on a Nintendo Console and the other games include Final Fantasy 7, 9, 10 and others that will be HD remasters.

The latest entry from the core series, Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition is said to be available in the Nintendo eShop shortly after the Nintendo Direct presentation.

Final Fantasy Games coming to Nintendo Switch:

– World of Final Fantasy Maxima: Nov. 6

– Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Everybuddy: Winter of 2018/19

– Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age: 2019

– VII, IX, X / X-2 HD Remaster: 2019

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, a co-op game originally for Nintendo GameCube will be remastered and released on the Switch with online multiplayer in 2019. The game will allow players to share Joy-Con controllers.

Most of the Final Fantasy games announced for Switch have also been confirmed to be heading to Xbox as well. Including, VII, IX, X / X-2 HD Remaster, XII The Zodiac Age, XV Pocket Edition HD, and World of Final Fantasy: Maxima.
