To kick off Women In Construction Week, we’re proud to feature Jennifer Suerth, VP, Technical Services at Pepper Construction.

With dual degrees in architecture and structural engineering, Jennifer began incorporating construction technology to enhance her skills as a designer, quickly realizing the positive potential for not only Pepper Construction, but for the industry as a whole. In her role at Pepper, she acts as a key advisor to project teams – providing strategic direction around constructability and implementation throughout the early stages of project.
