Toon Quality Enhancing AI question – Info AI

Hi, sorry if I’m not allowed to post questions like this here, but it’s been on my mind for a while.

If I was to have a bunch of example pictures like this:

Would it be possible for artificial intelligence to learn the difference between them (especially the style of linework) and be able to transform images like the first into the second? I know there is AI work for Super resolution but since this is cartoon/old anime, would there be something doable like having AI draw crisper (somewhat more jagged and segmented) lines?
