Need help with type on a path tool – Info Graphic Design

I’d love some help with the type on a path tool. As you can see I need the both words facing the correct way up for the user to read. Previously I had the words together on one circle, with the word ‘capability’ upside down.

Now I’ve had to create two circles to type on and I just can’t seem to get it to look right, not circle-y enough.

Is there any way to type on the same path but have both words facing the right way up. Hope this makes sense!
