Help change the colors of an image – Info Graphic Design

Would anyone be willing to help me out in exchange for a few bones? I want to make a back patch out of some album artwork from one of my favorite 90s punk bands. Rather than just making the existing image into a patch, I wanted to make the image primarily black so maybe make the white boarder black and make the text white. I was hoping to do this without having to invert the interior square image in the center.

Would be really happy to venmo whatever is fair if someone could make that happen.
