Trying Out MacOS Mojave Public Beta – Info Mac

So I’ve liked the idea for trying out new MacOSOSX ever since Apple announced Public Betas back in (correct me if I’m wrong) 2015. I’ve gotten around to enrolling my mac into the program, and I’m about to do a back up. Before I download it, is there anything else I should know about Mojave before I do?

I own a very beat up Late 2013 13inch MBP retina, and I’m hoping it’ll survive. Thanks x
