Help! Trying to create an animated GIF through Video timeline that is supposed to be no more than 5fps. So I set the frame rate to 5fps in the settings. Once exported it is saying is too fast. Went online to check the fps and it shows 13fps. What am I doing wrong? – Info Graphic Design
