Re Java SE Patches after Jan ’19 – Info Java

We don’t do any Java development but some of the websites we use for collecting local government public records documents require the Java browser plugin/extension. I contacted Oracle and got nowhere even though the salesperson contacted a solutions engineer. I have read the releases and it’s still not clear. Searched on Google…nope. I think it’s because maybe I don’t understand what we are using. We’re an end-user but we are also commercial. Any input would be appreciated.
