In the graphic design, photography, and web design fields Photoshop Actions are one of the most convenient and essential resources at your disposal. With just a single click you can transform your images into just what you wanted. Basically put, a Photoshop Action is a series of steps that are recorded that allow you to simply click a button to have all those steps done. For example, I’ve had the privilege in the past of owning and operating a t-shirt company. We would receive many orders for t-shirts through our online designer that would be digitally printed in the production area. We noticed the files that came directly out of our designer would not print the correct colors onto the t-shirt. We created a Photoshop Action that would color correct the designs so that they printed on the t-shirts in more vibrant and accurate colors. The time savings for the design staff was immeasurable.
